EnrolHQ User Group Meetups 2026

Learn by Doing. Together.

It's 2026 — that means the EnrolHQ User Group (EHUG) meetups are back, bigger and better and coming to a capital city near you.

These are hands-on, practical working sessions designed specifically for enrolments and admissions teams who use EnrolHQ every day and want to get more value out of it.

This year's theme: Learn by Doing

No long slide decks.
No passive demos.
No “we'll cover that later”.

EHUG 2026 is built around guided, practical, customer-led workshops you complete on your own laptop, in your own EnrolHQ instance — with the EnrolHQ team in the room to help.

If you've ever thought:

“I know this is possible in EnrolHQ — I just haven't had time to sit down and set it up properly.”

This day is for you.

Whether you're brand new to EnrolHQ or a seven-year veteran, the workshops are designed to meet you where you're at — and leave you with real work done.

How the day works

You'll take part in five structured workshops, running in parallel streams for schools with different experience levels — so you can choose the sessions that are most relevant to your role, your school, and where you're currently at with EnrolHQ.

Each session is:

  • Practical and task-based
  • Designed to be completed during the workshop
  • Led by EnrolHQ experts with real school admissions experience
  • Supported live (ask questions, get unstuck, refine your setup)

This is not theory.
This is configuration, setup, and optimisation for your EnrolHQ — the stuff that usually lives on your to-do list for “later”.

Tutorial streams

Sessions run in parallel across the day for different experience levels.

Workshops include:

Session 1 — Multiple Carer Login & the Enrolments Dashboard

  • Set default permissions so initial carers can invite alternate carers (with the right level of access)
  • Learn when — and how — admissions staff can override permissions in tricky situations
  • Get email templates working cleanly for all types of carers logging in
  • Improve parent access, reduce login issues, and streamline dashboard usage

Session 2 — Email Templates & Selectors using Student Profile Categories

  • Where to build templates — automations vs marketing vs transactional (and why it matters)
  • Real example: multi-campus automation (send Email A for Campus A, Email B for Campus B)
  • Use Student Profile Categories to drive content inside emails
  • Build simple if/else logic (example: Preschool / ELC days selected)

Session 3 — Custom Forms for managing your wait list

  • Use Student Profile Categories, Campus, and conditional logic effectively
  • Pre-interview documentation requests (require a form before interview bookings open)
  • Intent to Proceed workflows:
    • Yes, I intend to proceed
    • I'd like to talk to someone about entry years
    • I no longer wish to proceed

Session 4 — Automations

  • Reduce follow-ups, remove bottlenecks, and let EnrolHQ do the heavy lifting
  • Use custom form submissions to automatically change student status
  • One automation can update status and send emails and SMS to parents and staff

Session 5 — Customisation, Settings & Forms Deep Dive

  • Form fields, parent dashboard behaviour, and configuration best practices
  • For multi-campus schools: set up campus-specific application or custom forms with a completely different look and feel
  • Yes — even ELC and K–12 can have different branding and imagery where it makes sense

Built-in networking (that's actually useful)

EHUG is also a chance to connect with other EnrolHQ professionals in your city — people facing the same challenges, constraints, and deadlines as you.

  • Share how your school is doing things
  • Pick up ideas you can take back immediately
  • Build relationships that last beyond the day

No awkward icebreakers. Just enrolments people comparing notes.

EHUG sessions are led by the EnrolHQ team — people who combine:

  • Deep platform knowledge
  • Decades of enrolments and admissions experience in the independent school sector
  • A practical understanding of how schools actually operate

You'll be learning from people who know the system and the reality of school enrolments.
