Requesting Parents to Re-upload Documents in Their Dashboard by Individual Profile

If you want to open document uploads in the Enrolment Dashboard so parents can upload additional documents or resubmit ones they have submitted earlier, please follow these steps: 

  • Go to the Student Profile > Documents
  • Select Verified "No" for the various documents you want to re-open and Save

This displays as an Outstanding Task on the Enrolment Dashboard

Re-uploading documents via No verification July 2025

  • Send an email to the parent asking them to log in and upload the documents 

The email is situated in the Documents tab in each profile

  • Request Documents - this email template lists all documents with a verification status of No

Note: the Outstanding task will stay in Outstanding Tasks on the parent dashboard until the document verified status is changed to Yes

Request parents re-upload documents in their Dashboard in Bulk

If you want to open document uploads in parent dashboard for a complete cohort (in Bulk) eg all students in a particular year please follow these steps: 

1) Select your cohort that you want to receive updated School Reports and NAPLAN results for first

2) Select Bulk Unverify Documents

3) select the documents you want to be uploaded

3) Use Bulk action to end an email to the parent asking them to log in and upload the documents.

This is the same email template that is used in the documents tab (same as for individual requests)

Note: the Outstanding task will stay in Outstanding Tasks on the parent dashboard until the document verified status is changed to Yes

Request parents re-upload documents via a Custom Form in their Dashboard

Schools can also create a Custom form and add the details to the Enrolment Offer to ensure the latest reports are provided when an offer is made Creating Custom Forms

Note: If using a custom form the documents do not need to be unverified
