Parent Not Receiving Verification Code for Parent Dashboard Access

OTP (One Time Password) has been enabled across EnrolHQ for Parent Users. You will no longer be able to reset a password. Every time a parent logs into their Dashboard, they will be sent a six digit code to their registered email address. If a parent is not receiving their code, please check their email address. The email address can be updated if necessary by using the Set Email/Username function for Parent/Carer 1 in the student profile.
