Can't believe it's August already! The Independent Schools Expos for the North Shore and the Hills area are just around the corner. The EnrolHQ team thought we’d roll-out a new feature just-in-time to help schools on EnrolHQ seamlessly collect those future family leads while you’re out there working the booth.
I actually got the inspiration from a Registrar who I visited to provide on-site training. She told me that her school was going to have a booth at the Hills Independent Schools Expo followed with “Wouldn’t it be great if we could just set-up an iPad to collect parents details very quickly; just a minimal set of data so we can market to them later to encourage them to come for a tour or fill out an online enrolment form?". We listened and worked with the expo dates in mind as deadlines.
I’m proud to present the new ‘Register Your Interest’ form, with school branding and optimised to work in both landscape and portrait iPad orientations. You simply set-up your iPad to go to your specific URL and put it on a stand at your school’s booth. Parents who come by for a chat can fill out their child’s and their own details. It then loops back to the beginning again ready for the next parent. It takes 30 seconds max!
All the data is collected into EnrolHQ and family profiles are created ready for you to bulk email about upcoming Open Days, School Tours or Taster Days. The future parents will ‘board the enrolment train’ at your school expo and stay on until the Enrolment stage or better still, the Acceptance of Offer stage. If they come back and interact with any other form on your site, we'll use 2 factor authentication (a unique code sent to their phone) to log them in. It's best practice for dealing with sensitive data.
We're happy that many of our EnrolHQ clients will be able to utilise this new feature as they go to Expo's around Australia. It also takes our EnrolHQ out-of-the-box discovery forms to 4 amazing tools:
- The Expo Form to "Register Your Interest"
- The Event Web Form for pre-registering before an event.
- The Onsite Form for walk-ins who don't register but still turn up to your event.
- The Enquiry Web Form for those that just have a question or prospectus request.
Until Next Week!
