As part of the setup of a new EnrolHQ client, we help you set up your templates for email communication with parents. Once configured, the main templates should rarely need to be updated.
For us to help you set up your templates, we ask that you provide a copy of any communications that you send out to parents when:
These will help us set up your automated emails in EnrolHQ and use your school vernacular language.
At this time, we also ask you to provide the email address you would like communications to be sent from e.g. enrol@school.qld.edu.au or registrar@school.sa.edu.au Another common email is admissions@school.nsw.edu.au.
It should be noted that you can control the sender email address for any of your communications - so you may use just 1 or many emails depending on the type of email being sent. We do need to set a default email address though.
All templates should have an annual review, however by using the Tag's available within the templates your automation can ensure that the key informaiton is always correct.
