Issue verifying parents with international phone numbers

In most cases, we support international phone numbers, but sometimes international providers don't allow us to send the SMS to them.

To address this issue you can go to the Student > User Parent Tab > Set Password.

You set the password something random like 's$hsspfy8w'.

Then, simply give your parent the link to your Enrolment Parent Dashboard and ask them to click on "Forgot my password" when they attempt to log in.

By adding a password for them in our Admin, you bypass the mobile verification process. We try not to do this unless absolutely necessary - but it is a workaround for international phone numbers if you have confirmed the user email address is correct and the parent can't login.
