The Register Your Interest Form is a cut-down version of the Enquiry form. It is a single page entry for parents, and is commonly used for School Expo's where a parent can easily enter their information.

Some schools prefer to use this rather than the Enquiry Form

The Form header image is the default image located in Campus Images Look and Feel Settings

The title is standard and is not able to be changed and the details below are based on the default campus.

Three additional Questions can be added to the form. They are activated by going to Settings > School Details > Field Options.

You may choose to only turn 1 question on if you prefer

Note: these questions will show the details that are active in the form field

These questions can be modified in Settings > form fields > Enquiry
