Initial Communication Templates the School Must Provide
As part of the setup of a new EnrolHQ client, we help you set up your templates for email communication with parents. Once configured, the main templates should rarely need to be updated.
For us to help you set up your templates, we ask that you provide a copy of any communications that you send out to parents when:
- They request a copy of your prospectus
- They book into a school tour / virtual event
- Send through an Enrolment form
- Receive an offer of a place
These will help us set up your automated emails in EnrolHQ and use your school vernacular language.
We will also ask you to provide the email address that you would like communications to be sent from e.g. enrol@school.qld.edu.au or registrar@school.sa.edu.au. Another common email is admissions@school.nsw.edu.au.
It should be noted that you can control the sender email address for any of your communications - so you may use just one or many emails depending on the type of email being sent - but you do need to set a default email address.
All templates should have an annual review, however by using the tags available within the templates your automation can ensure that the key information is always correct.
