When a student has their offer declined, either by staff or parent, and the application needs to be re-instated, you must follow this process to be able to change the status.

To reverse the declined offer you must use the relevant cancel button - there are separate ones depending on the type of decline.

If you don't have a yellow cancel button on the page - you must activate the decline again by selecting one of the red decline buttons to decline the offer again. This will reset the cancellation and create the cancel button. Select cancel to enable the offer and don't forget to move the profile to the Offer status.
