The Show More filters in the Review section of EnrolHQ allow you to filter for document uploads that have not yet been validated.
Show More Filters
This can help you work out what documents are outstanding. The three classifications for each document include:
- Uploaded but not verified - The document hasn't been checked and marked verified or unverified.
- Yes - Document is good. No further action required.
- No - Parent needs to re-upload the document as it's insufficient.
Marking as No will open up the re-upload Outstanding Task inside the Enrolment Dashboard for the parent to re-upload.
