User with email "xxxxxxxxxxx" already Exists
There can be instances where a parent is unable to complete an application due to an error message about the email address.
Staff trying to add the details manually will see the error. Staff can fix this issue by manually adding the student details Manually adding a new enquiry / contact and selecting the option to attach profile to existing parent.

This is error is caused by a parent starting an "Enquiry" but not completing the activity.
Note: the profile will not have any details this will need to be added manually by staff to allow the email address to be used.
