We have the ability duplicate email templates however sometime staff want to copy the details form a system template into a custom template.

The error message %20school.domain%20 relates directly to the parent dashboard link; usually

"please log in to your parent portal using this email address and follow the prompt"

1 Go to Parent Links and select the parent dashboard link

1. Go to the template and select the words related to the link (usually parent portal like the example above)
2. Use the hyperlink tool and update the link with the link in Step 1
3. Save the template
