Each Primary Parent has an Enrolment dashboard and parents need to use their original email and password to ensure all children are added to the same family unit within EnrolHQ.

A parent dashboard is automatically created as soon as EnrolHQ registers a profile and our system emails direct parents to the dashboard to complete different tasks.

The Student Name is displayed for each different child for each enquiry or application. It displays the current details for the student displayed. Each child from one family is displayed as a separate TAB. additional details can be displayed according to the individual settings each school requires.

The Outstanding Tasks to be completed in the dashboard will vary for different stages of the enrolment journey and are related to the place in enrolment process for the child/children.

The Download section displays all information regarding the entry to the School that needs to be provided to the parents is loaded into via the Enrolment Dashboard.

The Announcement section displays announcements setup n the parent dashboard can be made active from a specific date and the details set by campus, year of entry, grade of entry or journey stage. This section will also advise what stages have been completed for each child/children.

Your Completed Forms section shows a list of forms that have been submitted for each child including the date and time. Depending on the customisation setting the forms are available for download by parents for a nominiated period.

The Journey Stages section shows where each student has progressed and is set by each school.

The Update your Details section allows parents to update their contact details, such as address, email and mobile numbers. this is made available in settings according to each school.

The system will prompt parents to log in to their Enrolment Dashboard any time they need to fill in a form, upload a document, book an interview time, accept an offer or do other outstanding tasks relating to the enrolment journey.
