Assign Student Profiles to an Interviewer

Now you can assign student profiles to an interviewer from the CRM. You may want to use your filters to filter your CRM list and then select the records that you want to assign. For example, Year 7, 2020.

Go to Bulk Actions to ‘Assign Interviewer’

Choose the interviewer and the category you want to assign. Remember that all availabilities have an interviewer and a category (or multiple categories attached). Only the profiles assigned to both that interviewer and one of the matching interview categories will see the availability and be able to book it.
