How to send bulk marketing emails

Set up the Email Template

Go to Email Settings > Templates > Marketing and set up a custom marketing email to send to Parents.

Parents will by law be able to unsubscribe or choose their own email preferences for marketing emails. The system will automatically stop sending marketing emails after the maximum number the parents have selected has been reached.

Bulk send a marketing email

Go to All prospective > Select the profiles > Bulk Action > Send Marketing Email
