Conversion Report

The conversion report helps schools to nudge people to the next train carriages along the Enrolment process. 

The current status box shows an overview of which status people are at. If you have some available spots and need to find more people this box can help you understand where to look for more people.

In the example below the school can filter out 49 applicants that have yet to commence an application form or the 256 people that are registered or have attended an event and send them a bulk email encouraging them to apply. 

The other boxes drill further down into each status and show information about where in the process people are stuck. The enquiry conversion box, for example, shows the total amount of enquiries and what kind they are. 

Registrars can look at this box and see that almost 1/3 of people registered for an event is a no show. These are interested people which the school can ask to book in on a new tour or the school can use this information to make improvements in their events to get more people to attend. (Give a small gift or waive the application fee for example).
