Only availabilities where no bookings have been made yet can be deleted or edited. If you want to delete an availability where bookings have already been made, you'll have to "View Bookings" and go to the individual records to Cancel their Interviews (thereby noticing the parents). Once all the interviews have been cancelled, then you can delete the availability.
