Bulk Actions

EnrolHQ allows staff to do many things in bulk in order to make it more efficient to use the system. To use this function, filter and select all the relevant profiles then click "Bulk Actions" in the top right corner.

With bulk action, you can:

• Book multiple people into an event
• Invite multiple people to Enrol
• Make offers to multiple people
• Set offer expiry date for multiple people
• Set commencement date for multiple people
• Send document follow-up for multiple people
• Verify or unverify documents for multiple people
• Assign or unassign interviewer for multiple people
• Send interview invite to multiple people
• Change status for multiple people
• Archive multiple people (duplicate records)
• Send email or marketing email to multiple people
• Add a note for multiple people
• Export CSV for multiple people
• Roll up or roll down multiple people
• Sync multiple people
• Reset custom form submits for multiple people
