The automated emails are sent within one to two hours of the set time. If the setting is 48 hours it goes out at 49 to 50 hours - a couple of hours later. This is because the system is running checks and reads the whole enrolHQ database. This process only happens every hour. If you’re expecting an email to go out and it has been more than two hours since the expected delivery time of the automated email please contact us.
