These are the physical (or virtual) locations for where the interview will happen. Remember you are inviting parents to your school grounds and they may be unfamiliar with parking, where the administration office is, sign-in procedures etc. These locations provide the instructions for parents.
You will need to add a location for wherever interviews take place so parents get the correct instructions. These are added by going to “Settings” → “Locations”
As you add each location you will need to give it a name i.e "Main Reception", ‘hint text’ which is something like "Use Gate 9 on Ross St and Press the Intercom button for Reception. On Street Parking can be found on Trott St". ‘Hint Image’ which is usually a map of school grounds. Campus is an optional field that schools with multiple campuses can select.
Click Edit (or Add) to enter the details for an Interview Location. Some schools may be split into Junior/Senior school campuses which is why you can add multiple locations.
